    Preschoolers

    School-Age Kids

    Adolescents

    Adults

  • Therapy

Speech therapy sessions will address specific needs based on evaluation results. We approach both the physical and emotional aspects of stuttering, looking at the whole picture in order to reduce it’s negative impact. We offer:

    In-person Services: Fair Lawn, NJ

Teletherapy Services: NJ, NY, MA, CT, NH, VA, CA

  • Parent Training

When appropriate, parents are recommended to take part in therapy sessions in order to practice techniques to facilitate their child’s ease of communication, learn how to support their speech and emotional-regulation at home, and/or gain a greater understanding of their experience with stuttering.

YOU are your child’s greatest asset!

  • Support Groups for Children, Adolescents & Adults

Be a part of a safe community that understands and catapult your progress forward. Research shows that being part of a support group helps members to “gain hope, confidence, self-esteem, and a positive outlook” and “lead to positive changes in their views about stuttering and their own acceptance of their stuttering.” (Murgallis, et. al 2015).

Using an individualized approach, we will rebuild your foundation for self-awareness and give you the confidence to say what you want to say.

“We were lucky enough to be referred to Victoria for help in the area of stuttering and a specific issue of something called cluttering. This specialty is not all that common and so we were extremely grateful to find her, as her expertise includes this area. We immediately felt comfortable with Victoria! She spent a lot of time discussing her experience and the issues we were seeing with our son in order to validate we were going down the right path. She then invited us for a formal and thorough evaluation and she was able to confidently diagnose through this extensive upfront interview and testing. Our son felt so very at ease with her; she was patient, kind, smart, positive and meticulous. She invested a good deal of time reviewing the report of her findings and came up with a solid and realistic treatment plan to address the issue. In person and virtual meetings have been very convenient and effective, and he really looks forward to his meetings with her. We have already seen improvement in terms not only around awareness of the issue but also perhaps more importantly, strategies he is starting to put into action. We are currently at a pivotal point with treatment, and we just couldn't be more appreciative of Victoria's work and grateful that we found her. Her professionalism and knowledge, her approach and her communicative and informative style makes her an incredible therapist. “
